Lauren is a SAG-AFTRA actress based out of Baltimore, MD. She most recently won “Best Actress” at the Columbia Film Festival for her role in the feature A Christmas Cancellation, now available on Amazon Prime. Other film credits include the award-winning shorts By the Wake and Caroline of Virginia.

Lauren lived in New York City for seven years where she trained at Terry Schreiber Studio and Penny Templeton Studio. She appeared Off-Broadway in The Columbine Project and in the AEA Showcase of Arthur Miller's All My Sons at The Morningside Players. Lauren has also written a handful of short films, including the quirky romantic comedy Bear Necessity which was produced in New York. She grew up in Baltimore as a dancer, and developed a strong sense of discipline and primal storytelling that she carries with her everyday as an actor.
